The hotel-resort has 92 Prestige Rooms (45 qm, facing the sea), 137 Junior Suites (68 qm, facing the sea, with a spacious terrace or balcony and a walk-in dressing room) and 6 Deluxe Suites (96 qm, similarly-equipped to the Junior Suites with separate living room and an extra shower and toilet). In addition, 17 Villas with an area of 375 qm (two bedrooms) and 3 Villas with 525 qm (three bedrooms and a separate dining-room) are available to the most highly selective clientele.

The tasteful, Mauritian colonial-style furnishings are made in natural materials such as teakwood and marble. Each Villa has a small, private enclosed garden area, a 28 qm swimming-pool, a sundeck with sunbeds and a pavilion. You have direct access to the terrace-garden from the living-room and bedroom on the ground floor. The outside bath adjoining the bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub sunken in stone. A butler service is provided for guests with special wishes.

Four restaurants and five bars take you on a culinary journey. You have a splendid view of the beach and the vast pool from the restaurant La Citronelle. Buffet-style dinners with daily-changing themes are laid out there in a relaxed atmosphere each evening. The La Spiaggia is set towards the beach and serves light meals and snacks throughout the day. Generous à la carte dinners are served there in the evening. The Deer Hunter, set beside the golf-course, is a good venue, whether for a spot of exquisite refreshment during the day or an exclusive dinner in a cosy atmosphere. The Blue Penny Café, the smallest of the restaurants, boasts not only first-class cuisine but also a wine- and cigar-lounge.

Activities
Water-sport enthusiasts truly get their money's worth in Belle Mare Plage. There is no extra charge for windsurfing, kayak, sailing, snorkelling, waterskiing, glass-bottom boat trips and pedalos. Use of the swimming-pools, a fitness centre, four floodlit tennis courts, an air-conditioned squash court, table tennis, volleyball, minigolf and two 18-hole Championship Golf courses are free of charge. There is a fee only for the compulsory club car.

Optimum provision is made for wellness fans: A Shiseido beauty institute gives you a wide range of massages and body treatments for a fee. You may use the sauna with cold plunge-pool and Turkish steam sauna in the wellness area at no cost.
