The resort is a perfect combination of tropical beauty and first class
luxury. It is located in South Ari Atoll, about 30 minutes by seaplane
southwest of Malé International Airport. The hotel is built on two exotic
islands, Rangali and Ranglifinilhu, linked by a 500-meter footbridge over
crystal clear ocean. Both islands are covered with coconut palm trees and
lush tropical vegetation and are surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches and
turquoise waters.
Rooms/Accommodation: The resort offers 150 villas that are distinguished into five categories;
50 Beach Villas and 50 Deluxe Beach Villas are on the main island
Rangalifinolhu whilst 40 Water Villas, eight Deluxe Water Villas and two Sunset
Water Villas are on the island of Rangali. All villas feature air
conditioning, ceiling fans, minibar, hairdryer, coffee or espresso
machines, a safe for personal valuables, IDD-telephone and a bathroom with
a shower and bath. The Beach Villas offer a spacious sun terrace and open
air bathrooms, the Deluxe Beach Villas are made of elegant wood and are
built on stilts over the lagoon with their own private sun deck and steps
leading to the water. The impressive Deluxe Water Villas feature a large
seating area with TV and DVD player, dressing room, surround sound system,
bathtub for two with ocean view and a jacuzzi. The two Sunset Superior
Villas are most comfortable and luxurious and include a seating area with a
glass floor.
Culinary delights are awaiting the guests in the four restaurants of the
resort; exquisite and sumptuous buffets are served in the main restaurant,
"Atoll". Situated over a coral bed fifty meters out into the ocean one can
enjoy a romantic meal at the "Sunset Bar & Grill". Asian and Japanese
dishes are served on the beach at the "Koko Grill" and Italian delights can
be found in the "Vilu" restaurant on Rangali.
Both the well-being centers at the resort are luxurious with Rangali
hosting the unique glass floored massage rooms built on stilts over the ocean,
perfect for pampering the body and soul; the ultimate experience.
Activities: Fitness area, table tennis, darts and volleyball are included.
At extra charge: diving center and school with diving excursions,
snorkeling equipment, water ski, jetski, banana boat, windsurfing
