The Mango Bay & Beach Club consists of several white buildings along the
beach and is surrounded by colourful and lush green tropical plants. This
resort deserves its reputation as a charming all inclusive oasis
on the luxurious west coast of Barbados.
Rooms/Accommodation:
76 rooms with bright Caribbean decor are modernly equipped with air-conditioning,
satellite TV, clock radio, safe and hairdryer. The private terraces and
balconies offer a fantastic view over the tropical gardens or the Caribbean Sea.
In 2005 the hotel was completely renovated and extended by a fourth floor
with two Oceanfront Penthouse Suites and ten Deluxe Suites. Large plasma screens,
modern design, luxurious furnishing and bathrooms with indoor windows are
characteristical for this new room categories.
The restaurant is located at the beach and spoils its guests with culinary
delightfulness - mainly a-la-carte - during the day and in the evening. Buffets
are offered only twice a week.
Activities/Entertainment:
Two swimming pools, fringed by palm trees and tropical plants, invite for
cooling down and relaxing. TThe most popular place to sunbathe at the sea
is the newly designed Boardwalk with an outdoor lounging area and
sofas mady by Dedon.
Pianists, local bands and limbo-shows entertain the guests in the evening.
Those who fancies a change can visit nearby restaurants and bars, which Barbados
has plenty on offer for night owls.
A large range of watersports including sailing and waterskiing as well as tennis
and hiking are available for the sportive guests. A special experience is the
catamaran tour to a place, where it is possible to snorkel together with turtles.
